At a site previously used for hospitality, this project consists of a rehabilitation into a new Modern Retail center in San Antonio, TX. This conversion features efficient contemporary design at every scale via the use of bold corner windows and prominent parapet walls with projecting awnings. The transformation includes a building expansion with an interior conversion for up to five retail tenants.
